I was approached with an interesting task - to make a logo for the judo club. The task was difficult, there were many logos, but they were all similar and reflected little of the essence of judo. The problem was that it should be embroidered on clothes and printed on all promo materials.
The club's name was "fudoshin", which translates as "the way". There was no doubt, it was necessary to reflect it in a concise and subtle way. It came out very cool, I think you can see for yourselves.
All letters are hand-painted, this is the original lettering. The gaps in the letters themselves refer us to Japan, where this martial art originated.
